Top Ten Laptops What To Consider When Buying A Laptop
If you're interested in purchasing laptops, you may find yourself a bit intimidated on the massive selection that is available nowadays. You'll find spanning a dozen major models in existence and each one has a number of different notebooks, netbooks, portable computers and tablet pcs available for purchase. How might you work out which one is right for you? You might try considering these key aspects:
Processor - The processor is what gives your laptops its power, speed and memory. The larger and more advanced the processor, the better a laptop will work. Additionally, the nice processors can be pricey. Intel makes some of the best processors out there utilizing their Core 2 Duo, Celeron, Pentium and Atom models. For those in search of something much more affordable, AMD produces budget processors that can be almost every bit as good as any other processor.
Size - Dimension is heavily weighed given that the whole point of owning a laptop is because it's small, portable and convenient. Some individuals do, however, buy notebooks only to use at home so they don't care how large they may be given that they always sit at a desk anyway. But you can find several sizes of laptops you'll be able to choose from. The standard dimensions are around 15.6 inches while the mini notebooks are around 10.1 inches.
Battery - Without any good battery, you'll discover yourself unable to make use of your laptop computer fairly often. Some batteries can last roughly 8-12 hours while others only last about 3-7 hours. Lithium ion is an extremely common type of battery but you can find others also. There are also six-cell and nine-cell batteries. Selecting what type that's needed depends on how long you normally use your laptop from a single sitting.
Other Features - There are lots of other things to look for like web cams, multi-card readers, CD/DVD drives, hd displays, video cards and much more. Make every effort to pay attention to the information on every one of the computers you go shopping for to successfully figure out what you're venturing into.
Budget - Finding the best laptop for the investment is frequently the highest priority for consumers, and it's hardly surprising considering the way our economy is and how expensive laptops seem to be priced. While many notebooks could cost nearly $1000 or more, there are plenty of means of finding the right laptops under $500 if you shop smart.Doc No.lsdhhsdlh-sdlkjhsgd

Which processor is faster? A six core AMD or i7 intel quad core?
I know that it's a six core vs a quad core. But those intel sandy bridge are FAST! Which would be faster? the six core AMD 3.0ghz black edition or 3.0GHZ intel quad core i7 sandy bridge?
Intel i7 will blow any of the phenom in dust..
even the i5 2nd gen wins in almost every benchmark while being compared to phenoms..
its not that i'm being partial towards intel here, its the reality!
currently amd is not in position to challenge any of the i7s..
the 4 cores of i7 are much more efficient than 6cores of phenom..
even a entry level i7 seems to surpass the strongest phenom x6..
but yes,the i7 does cost high..
so if you are short on money then get i5 2nd gen instead..
