can i take a power supply for a quick silver mac and put it a mac g4 mdd mirror disk door?
i have a mac g4 mdd (mirror disk door) it came with no power supply unit and it looks like i wont be getting one any time soon thanks to demand foir them on ebay and price ect
i have got a older mac g4 quick silver and it runs fine has all the bits and that
not a problem if the case does not close as i just need to test it at the mo
I don't think so, but you should be able to find pinouts for each if you dig around a bit to see for sure. If they match, then you're good to go. If not, see if you can get ahold of an ATX extension cable and use that to cross the necessary wires.
