OK. It won't work .. pentium 805 has a FSB of 533MHz and DG41RQ supports only 800/1000/1033 MHz .. so .. you have to choose something that's compatible with your CPU (http://ark.intel.com/Product.aspx?id=27511&processor=805&spec-codes=SL8ZH) or buy a new CPU and mobo.
